Bungie gave Guided Games Tickets to a "percentage" of the Destiny 2 player base because it's only beta testing the system for now. Short answer, yes; long answer, no. Folks in the beta only start with 12 tickets, and once they're gone, they can't queue up as Seekers any more.

But first off, tickets are only required for Seekers, so Guides can queue up as often as they like. Second, everyone's baseline supply of tickets will be refreshed during 'seasonal resets'. No, I don't know how often 'seasonal resets' will occur. The first Iron Banner of will also be kicking off later today, bringing new weapons and rewards to unlock until January A new update is also being planned for later this month which will affect both the base game and the Black Armory expansion.
