If you two are living separately, it is unlikely that he is able to get hold of such information unless he engages a PI. Since he has already agreed to a separation and to sign the DOS, why worry so much about his actions post separation?

You could be over worrying here. If I recall correctly based on my talk with my lawyer when discussing the DOS , either party can still change their mind after the separation and file for divorce because a DOS agreement is not legally binding.
